Uma Nota Paris

Following the success of Uma Nota Hong Kong, we've found ourselves a home in Paris. Located in a former 19th-century department store, in the neighbourhood of Réaumur surrounding a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards and art-nouveau galleries; Uma Nota features two levels of dining and a convivial bar, reminiscent of the samba clubs of Rio de Janeiro.

Signatures

Our signature dishes include a popular deep fried Brazilian dumpling with chicken & okra accompanied by a homemade chili sauce, and our ceviche et notre ceviche guayas with white fish, prawns, squid, red onion, leche de tigre and coconut milk.
