SAMPA SUMMER AT UMA NOTA

In celebration of FIVE years in Hong Kong, we’re bringing it back to the roots of UMA NOTA and the city of São Paulo, where our journey first began! Known by the locals as SAMPA, we’re inviting you to samba your way into Summer, with our brand new BRUNCHERIA! (weekends & PH until July 31st)

Chef Gustavo has pulled from his time as a Paulistano to create a menu inspired by the on the melting pot of cultures that define São Paulo state and its eclectic capital city. Priced from 370HKD/person, feast on FIVE petisco starters; from Bolovo (Paulista scotch egg), to Oshizushi (torched salmon sushi) and a spicy bow of Marisco Lambe-Lambe mussels.

With FOUR sharing mains to choose from, opt for the Porco na Cachaça (grilled pork chop served with a cachaça-infused sauce), or the Frutos de Mar na Manteiga de Miso, a unique medley of flavours and techniques influenced by the migrant communities of São Paulo.

Looking to 2022, and giving you something to get excited for in the new year… we’ve got brand new LUNCH SETS coming this January.

You can soon indulge in UNLIMITED starters of Pickled Salad, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with togarashi and herb mayo, and the CROWD FAVOURITE returns – the Soba Noodle Salad!

Choose from SIX new mains, like Grilled Tiger Prawns with coconut rice, Yakisu Marinated Tenderloin with green veggies and a sesame dressing, or try our Karana jackfruit twist on a Brazilian classic Arrumadinho.
